I am waving and clapping my hands warrior sister!
I walked today and took my time going to places that I needed to. It wasn't far, it wasn't fast but it was beautiful outside and I really really really wanted to see if it would be pleasurable. It was. I am so happy. My intent is to have more pleasurable walks...especially when the market it open downtown. Maybe we can get some strawberries - and eat the whole container? Smile. Sweetpea says meow!

Harrow my dear sister-warrior! Blogging is new for me but I see how connecting this way uses less spoons (measurement of energy) or should I say is a more energy efficient way of connecting with folks. Thank GOD (Grand Organized Design) for providing access to to folks with shared reality. I know I would be in a very different place today if we had not held each other up at the ... ahem ... international dignitary boat BBQ. Ha ha. Holding great space for the rest of the holidays. (What an oxymoron!)

Hi FW,

I've been having a lot of bad dentist appointments lately. And I have a really good dentist. I held the sobs back till I got home because he's so nice I didn't want to hurt his feelings. He told me at the next appointment that he had used three different kinds of pain killers, from across three totally different spectrums of drugs, with one shot directly into the nerve that was problematical and MY TOOTH WAS STILL SENDING SHOOTING BAD PAIN UP INTO MY EYEBALL. Ugh.
