Where am I????

Greetings Reader of Fibrowarrior,
Where am I?  Ha!  Have any of you fibrowarriors ever asked that question?  It has been a really wonderful week, down on pain, up on energy as I wend my way through the recommendations of the Fibro and CFS centre in Atlanta.
I actually went to a new dentist, just whipped off the road, and went in to see this new dude in my town.  He was great and took me in right away....Fibrowarrior was somewhat confused, but went in, and got checked out.  FW was NOT prepared for this appointment, and kept telling him so.  He was listening well, which is something that folks are not able to do for FW.
I met a chick in the waitng room, who looked really stressed out.  She had run out of her last dentist appointment (not at this dentist) crying.  Funny thought FW because FW had done the same thing just a month before (not at this or her dentist)  She had high anxiety and FW talked with her, and gave her empathy.  I didn't see her run out of there so, hopefully she made it.  She was impressed that FW had just driven off the highway to go to this dentist....FW knows that SSRI's are a huge help for anxiety...and knows that before SSRI's Fibrowarrior wouldn't have done this without an apt either.
Ummm...Yesterday Fibrowarrior got her haircut, thank the goddess.  She hadn't had it cut since LB (Fibrowarriors sig other) had an operation far away from town, and she nipped into the Mall and got a cut.  What 2-3 months ago?
Fibrowarrior was blessed by a fantastic gentle, but strong...heheheh...hairstylist...who put her on her ease and FB won't need a cut for awhile, it seems I have a cut the same as my Fibrosister who lives far far far away. Heh...
Fibrowarrior is going to get some colour put in Jan...any ideas will be considered...heheheh...
FB has olive skin and blluuueee eyes...and a big smile.
Fibrowarrior was doing great today until she fell on the stairs at the rental house.  Smack Down...she actually fell up the stairs, 2 of them...to lay spralled out...phone flung from her hand...it shakes up FB's insides when she falls down.  Actually this is one of the voices inside of FB's brain.  Um, FB calls her Fall Down Gurl.  Well Fall Down girl only really crashed 2x this week, once down the stairs the oter up the stairs.  The slipery conditions didn't even catch Fall Down Gurl once, go figure!
Please fellow FW, be careful about falling down!  Go slowly.  Watch for the steps and try to only do one thing at a time...

Love and Light
FW and FDG

    Hi FW,

I've been having a lot of bad dentist appointments lately. And I have a really good dentist. I held the sobs back till I got home because he's so nice I didn't want to hurt his feelings. He told me at the next appointment that he had used three different kinds of pain killers, from across three totally different spectrums of drugs, with one shot directly into the nerve that was problematical and MY TOOTH WAS STILL SENDING SHOOTING BAD PAIN UP INTO MY EYEBALL. Ugh.

I love your new blog and would like to list it on my FFC page at http://www.theiciexperience.org-a.googlepages.com/fibromyalgiaandfatiguecenters. Let me know if you don't want to be included.

    Happy Holidays,

    Sherril

Harrow my dear sister-warrior! Blogging is new for me but I see how connecting this way uses less spoons (measurement of energy) or should I say is a more energy efficient way of connecting with folks. Thank GOD (Grand Organized Design) for providing access to to folks with shared reality. I know I would be in a very different place today if we had not held each other up at the ... ahem ... international dignitary boat BBQ. Ha ha. Holding great space for the rest of the holidays. (What an oxymoron!)
